The liquor store proposed for the baggage claim area of Las Vegas Airport will likely begin selling booze by fall.

The Clark County Commission voted unanimously today for county staff to negotiate to get the project done.

A gleeful Rich Worthington, one of two principals behind the Liquor Library, told a county staffer in the hallway “we’re ready to sign the lease. Literally. Just send it to us.”

Worthington, president of the Molasky Group of Cos., is partnering with Christian Haase, who operates a chain of convenience stores/gas stations and is president of Burnett Haase Construction.
